		<description>Not long back from a foodie trip round the US and apart from the Seafood (Barking Crab Boston a must for any serious lobster lover) Enjoyed BBQ and pulled pork especially the most. Have cooked it lots since our return. We always score our shoulder and apply the rub, its always about the rub!! Then pop in the slow cooker for about 10 hours, pouring off the liquid for the last hour. I to cant understand why its not more popular on this side of the pond, But will be going on my menu in early spring!</description>
