Have cooked it lots since our return. We always score our shoulder and apply the rub, its always about the rub!! Then pop in the slow cooker for about 10 hours, pouring off the liquid for the last hour. I to cant understand why its not more popular on this side of the pond, But will be going on my menu in early spring!
